ROGER THOMAS

Managing Director

Roger has over 40 years of experience in the international marketing research industry, having worked both on the client and agency sides. He has worked on the agency and client side and has conducted surveys in over 60 countries worldwide. He has successfully managed and developed research agencies in the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific. He has held many senior level positions, including President of the Strategic Service Division at Total Research in Princeton, NJ, USA. Prior to that assignment he was the Managing Director of Total Research in the UK. Until recently Roger was Managing Director of Market Probe Asia-Pacific based in Singapore and Hong Kong.

His clients have included many “blue-chip” organizations including Microsoft, Apple, Visa, Rolls-Royce, Diageo, Bausch & Lomb, Shell, Michelin, Mandarin Oriental, Johnson & Johnson, Singapore Airport, British Airways, Hilton, Adidas, Black & Decker, Statoil, ABB and Volvo.

Roger’s in-depth experience in working in many different industry sectors, and in conducting research in over 60 countries worldwide, enables him to contribute realistic business insights, evaluations and recommendations to the surveys we conduct.

Roger is a regular lecturer on international market research and strategic consultancy.


KEITH KONG

Director

Keith has over 12 years of experience as a marketing research professional. He has held senior positions at major marketing research firms in Hong Kong and mainland China. He has also lived and worked in mainland China for 11+ years with focuses on industries of finance and banking, automotive, telecommunications, travel & tourism, healthcare and FMCG, as well as Food & Beverage.

His research expertise lies in customer satisfaction/loyalty/advocacy, branding, brand and ad tracking research, product design and development research, U & A and consumer segmentation, etc.

He is very passionate about providing clients with market insights, helping them resolve their business issues and ultimately improving their bottom line.
